Relationships are a vital part of our lives. Building solid positive relationships in our personal and professionals lives will enable us to have a life of meaning, adventure, and success.
I married my college sweetheart, Jake Hayes in July 2000. We have two beautiful fraternal twin daughters, Brina and Karlie, who bring a lot of laughter and excitement into our lives. Family is an important part of my life. As a wife and Mom, I am constantly learning how to adapt, balance schedules, and react with joy when the blessings and trials of life come our way. I am excited about continuing to use my talents to help others in a variety of ministries within our community and around the world.
As the co-owner of InSource Executives and organizer of Enterprise Launch it has been my privilege to interact with many wonderful entrepreneurs. My brothers and I started our first business together while still in junior high. That business, called Triple-H Hay, performed custom swathing, baling, and harvesting for neighboring farmers throughout the year. While in college I started my own cleaning company, Spotless Interiors, to help pay for college. The small business community has always been a part of my life and has fueled my desire to help entrepreneur’s be even more successful.
My passion is to share the blessings of life with family, friends, and acquaintances. Life is precious and every day is a gift. We have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of those around us.
